Products & Handmade Nature

All items sold through our Wix Store are handmade ceramics and/or jewelry. Because of this:

  • Natural variations in color, texture, size, and finish are to be expected

  • Product photos are representative and may vary slightly from the item you receive

These variations are not considered defects.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue items, or update product descriptions at any time.

Pricing & Currency

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping fees are calculated at checkout through Wix Stores.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order and will contact you before proceeding.

Orders & Payments

All purchases are processed securely through Wix Stores and Wix-approved payment providers. We do not store or have access to full payment details.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided

  • All information submitted is accurate and complete

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to errors, inventory availability, suspected fraud, or other issues. If payment has already been processed, a refund will be issued.

Shipping

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery timing rests with the shipping carrier.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Our Return / Refund Policy (if applicable) outlines eligibility and procedures for returns, exchanges, or replacements and is considered part of these Terms & Conditions.

Due to the handmade and/or fragile nature of ceramics and jewelry, not all items may be eligible for return.

Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within the timeframe stated in our Shipping Policy and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the information and determine an appropriate resolution.
