Shipping Policy

 Ceramics & Jewelry

Thank you for shopping with us! Our work includes both handmade ceramics and jewelry, and each order is packed with care to ensure it arrives safely.

Processing Time

All orders are carefully packed by hand. Please allow 3-5 days for order processing before shipment.
If an item is made to order or requires additional production time, this will be noted on the product page.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Packaging & Handling

We take special care when packing all orders, with extra attention given to fragile ceramic pieces. Packaging may include:

  • Protective cushioning and padding

  • Reinforced boxes for ceramic items

  • Secure wrapping for jewelry to prevent movement or tangling

  • Separation of items within an order to avoid contact during transit

We aim to use environmentally mindful packing materials whenever possible while still prioritizing the safety of the work.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship using [USPS / UPS]. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Orders containing ceramic pieces may have higher shipping costs due to the materials and care required to ship them safely.

We currently ship to:

  • U.S. and select international destinations

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery dates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed.

Once a package is with the shipping carrier, delays due to weather, customs, or carrier issues are outside of our control.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged — particularly ceramic pieces — please contact us within 2 days of delivery at pendleystudio@gmail.com.

To help us assist you, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the packaging and shipping box

We will review the information and work with you to find an appropriate resolution.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at pendleystudio@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to assist. While we are not responsible for shipping carrier delays, we’re happy to help with next steps or claims when applicable.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.
